First up... Microgreens! These little goodies are packing a massive amount of nutrition in a tiny package. You need a better salad than a bowl of lettuce with a few toppings. Use microgreens to add nutrition, color, and flavor. Add them to sandwiches and soups. Put them on tacos, eggs, and pizza. We've even made a few cocktails with them. Microgreens are better than supplements and vitamin pills to get the nutrition you need, the taste you want and the look to show off.
